Community advisers are student Residential Life staff members who live on the residence hall floors. The Department of Residential Life places a high emphasis on the educational role of the CA in building a sense of community on his or her floor. The CA works to directly enhance residents’ knowledge of community service and civic engagement within the community on hall, campus, local and national levels.
